About the role:

• Advising employers on complex employment, industrial relations and workplace strategy matters.
• Managing contentious and non-contentious issues arising throughout the employment relationship.
• Assisting clients with workplace investigations, terminations, restructures, performance matters and executive employment issues.
• Advising on enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, workforce change and regulatory compliance.
• Drafting high-quality advices, employment documents, submissions and correspondence.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to the supervision and development of junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate with 4+ years PAE with a strong background across employment, workplace relations or industrial law
• Excellent legal analysis, drafting and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to provide practical, strategic and commercially focused advice.
• Confidence managing matters and client relationships independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a national, high-performing team.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within a leading employment practice.
