Educators

Magic Cottage Childcare Centre Geraldton is seeking passionate Educators to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Geraldton, WA. As an Experienced Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children within our service.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that support children’s development across all areas

• Ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children in your care

• Observe and document children’s progress, using this to guide your teaching practice

• Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and success of the centre

• Comply with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

• Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), be currently working towards one, or be willing to commence studying a Certificate III. in Early Childhood Education

• Strong understanding of child development and the ability to cater for individual needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality care and education

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Current Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate
