We're growing and looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Parramatta Physiotherapy and Performance, in a role with genuine financial upside for someone ready to drive it.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:
Primarily sports and acute musculoskeletal caseload, with the opportunity to get involved in athletic development programming and assessments through our youth athlete performance program, Football Performance Institute (FPI).
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:
• Competitive base salary plus an uncapped incentive model, your earnings scale directly with consultation volume, so the more you grow your caseload, the more you earn.
• A genuine commercial upside for clinicians who want to build something, not just clock in.
• Direct mentorship from clinicians with elite sport experience (A-League and National teams)
• Exposure to force plate testing, athlete profiling and performance data (VALD ForceDecks, ForceFrame, NordBord).
