SCL Automotive Group is one of Adelaide’s largest and fastest-growing dealership groups, representing some of the world’s leading automotive brands. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources. Previous HR experience isn’t essential—we’re looking for the right attitude, strong organisational skills, and a genuine passion for working with people. We’ll provide the training, mentoring and development to help you build a successful career in HR.
About the Role
Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll gain exposure to all areas of Human Resources, including:
Recruitment and onboarding
Preparing employment documentation
Employee records and HR administration
Assisting with performance and development processes
Supporting employee engagement initiatives
Coordinating training and compliance
Assisting managers with day-to-day HR matters
Contributing to a positive workplace culture
Every day will be different, providing an excellent foundation for a long-term career in Human Resources.
About You

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Enjoys working with people and building relationships
Has a positive, proactive attitude
