The Opportunity

We are actively recruiting for a Farm Administrator to join our Almond team at Tooleybuc/Old Goodnight Farm on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), in Tooleybuc, New South Wales.

Responsibilities

• General office duties such as filing, ordering office supplies and other administrative tasks

• Assist with all stages of the purchasing process – quoting, ordering, receipting and approval of invoices.

• Support and maintain records and quality assurance requirements.

• Assist in effectively handling all compliance for contractors, labour contractors, vendors, equipment and processors.

• Assist to maintain all farm registers.

• Administration of safety related documentation and reporting tools.

• Supporting all staff on site.
