We are seeking an experienced and energetic Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our venue and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is passionate about team development, and has a strong commercial mindset.The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of venue operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, compliance, and overall venue presentation.Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue from Opening to CloseLead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house teamsDeliver outstanding customer service and guest experiencesMonitor venue performance and achieve revenue and profitability targetsManage rosters, labour costs, and inventory controlEnsure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulationsHandle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficientlyWork closely with senior management to implement business strategies and promotional activitiesMaintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellenceAbout You
Previous experience in a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, or Hospitality Manager roleStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesCommercially driven with strong financial acumenAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysStrong understanding of hospitality operations and compliance requirementsPassion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
