The Role: 

• Prepare SMSF financial statements, annual returns and BAS/IAS lodgements 

• Perform transaction processing, reconciliations and fund accounting activities 

• Manage fund administration including contributions, pensions and member updates 

• Liaise with auditors, financial advisers, clients and the ATO 

• Support compliance requirements and ongoing fund administration 

• Identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies 

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders 

• Contribute to a collaborative and client-focused team environment 

About You: 

• 2–3+ years' experience within SMSF accounting, superannuation administration or public practice 

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline 

• CA or CPA commenced or willingness to undertake studies 

• Strong understanding of SMSF compliance and reporting requirements 

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills 

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities 

• Experience with BGL360, SuperMate or similar software highly regarded 

• Passion for developing a long-term career in SMSF and superannuation services
