We’re expanding our workshop team and are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join us.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EUROPEAN VEHICLES.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical repairs and performance upgrades on European and high-performance vehicles (BMW, AMG, Audi, VW, McLaren, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
• Fit and test performance parts including intakes, exhausts, injectors, turbos, intercoolers, and suspension upgrades
• Prepare vehicles for ECU tuning and support the tuning team during R&D or calibration sessions
• Maintain clean, efficient, and safe workshop practices
• Liaise with the service advisor and workshop team for job updates and parts requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent)
• Experience with European vehicles or performance upgrades highly regarded
• Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
• Confident in using diagnostic tools and reading data logs (training provided if needed)
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Tuning experience or interest in tuning is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,243.62 – $110,000.00 per year
