WA Salt – Koolyanobbing is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators and HR Truck Drivers to join our team for the 2026/2027 Salt Harvest.

This is a Drive In / Drive Out (DIDO) short-term contract role at our Salt Lake operation located 72 km from Southern Cross, Western Australia, commencing October/November 2026, and continuing to December/Early 2027, weather permitting.

About the Role

You will be part of a small, dedicated team working on our major annual harvest. Duties include operating a range of mobile plant and heavy vehicles in a safety-focused environment.

Equipment operated may include:

• Trucks

• Tractors

• Graders

• Other mobile plant

On-the-job training will be provided where required, offering excellent work variety.

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• A strong commitment to safety at all times

• HR Truck Licence for some positions

• A very strong work ethic

• Ability to work effectively in a small team

• Current driver’s licence and own transport

• Self-motivation and proactive attitude

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

• Flexibility to change roster due to weather events
