Urgent Job Opportunity – Female Disability Support Worker
Locations: Galston, Kings Langley, Rouse Hill & Merrylands, NSWPay: $35–$55 per hourEmployment Type: Casual, with the option to transition to part-time
KindNest Support is growing rapidly and looking for a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic female Disability Support Worker who enjoys working with children and is interested in building regular work with us.
The Role
● Supporting children aged 6–12 years with autism, neurological conditions and disabilities
● Weekday and/or weekend hours available
● Flexible days and times
● Available to increase hours as we continue to grow
Experience & Requirements
Experience is preferred but not essential:
● Experience with autism and disability
● De-escalation skills
● Calm and confident approach
● Strong communication
● Essential: Current Australian Driver’s Licence and own reliable car
Mandatory Checks & Qualifications
Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain:
● NDIS Worker Screening Check
● Working With Children Check (WWCC)
● Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
● Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
● Reliable vehicle
Students studying Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedicine, Nursing, Education, Mental Health or related fields are encouraged to apply.
A Certificate in Individual Support/Disability is highly regarded.
