Do you have experience in Irrigation, Plumbing or Piping applications and considering a change or new role?  Rob Rye Poly has the need for a sales driven leader to join the rapidly growing team and take ownership of our existing customer base and drive growth across our poly pipe and fittings supply, fabrication and on-site welding services.

Based in Shepparton, this full-time role works directly with our customers to deliver product and project solutions.

What you'll be doing

·       Maintain and build customer relationships across irrigation, plumbing and civil markets

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the supply of polyethylene pipe, fittings, fabrication and welding services

·       Prepare quotes and work with directly with customers in a proactive manner to solve their requirements

·       Collaborate with internal teams to find the best solution to meet customer needs

·       Report on sales activity and contribute to strategic planning

·       Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and technical developments

What we're looking for

·       Sales or a practical hands-on experience in irrigation, plumbing or civil piping markets

·       An understanding or awareness of pipe and fittings or related systems

·       Knowledge of poly welding techniques (butt / electrofusion) and pipeline installation is highly regarded

·       Strong communication and relationship-building skills

·       Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

·       Valid driver’s licence and must have permanent work rights in Australia
