Job Type: Contract Role

Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Financial Crime Sr. Analyst/ Manager for a contract of 12 months role based out of Sydney

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – must be able to clearly document / articulate ideas and views
Confident and strong stakeholder management skills
Must be able to learn, unlearn and relearn based on the dynamic industry we serve – the criminals are continuously innovating and to stop them, we must too
As a professional services firm we a maniacally customer focused team and expect every single person in the team to be similarly focused on serving our customers
Finally, attitude trumps all so taking PRIDE in everything we do is critical
Between 2 to 10 years (depending on the role) of Banking, Risk Management or Financial Crime Operations experience

Should have an eye for detail and ability to use judgement in the execution of procedures
Must have the ability to complete reviews with accuracy
Demonstrable Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: KYC and Onboarding involves taking care of client records and transactions, the individual should assess the risks and apply control measures as defined in the procedures for mitigation
Identify, recommend and implement process efficiencies
Maintain a record of and report progress as required
Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments
Ability to act swiftly and work in an evolving digital environment
