We’re currently looking for experienced Carpenters to join our team at our Crestmead factory. You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects through hands-on fabrication, installation, and finishing of modular units—both in the factory and on-site.

We’re seeking skilled Carpenters to join our production team. You’ll play a hands-on role in fabricating, assembling, installing and finishing modular components both in our factory and on site. This is a full-time role offering consistent hours, structured schedules and long-term career opportunities.

• Perform a full range of carpentry tasks, including framing, fit-off, cladding and finishes

• Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings

• Work collaboratively with production, site and design teams to meet project milestones

• Conduct quality checks and maintain safe, compliant work practices

• Travel to modular site installations across SEQ as required (with allowances)

• Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)

• 5+ years’ experience in residential or modular construction

• Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van

• Ability to read technical drawings and plans

• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Must be a team player that enjoys achieving project targets

• White Card and valid driver’s license

• Desirable: Lead carpenter experience, fix-out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket

• Casual: $52.02/hr ($72.83/hr daily overtime)

• Full Time $41.62/hr ($62.43/hr daily overtime)

• Structured 5-day, 44-hour work week with regular overtime
