About the Division
The Conduct and Integrity Division provides expert advice and support to Victorian government school principals and other people managers in the Department of Education on managing employee conduct and performance including
child safety concerns and fraud and corruption.
About the Role
The Conduct and Integrity Division is seeking a proactive, collaborative and highly organised VPS4 Administration Advisor.
The Administration Advisor contributes towards the provision of strategic support across administrative operations in the division. This includes providing high-level administrative support to Executives in the Division, driving end-toend recruitment processes, proactively managing vacancy pipelines, and contributing to strategic workforce planning by providing advice and analysis on resourcing priorities. The role will also coordinate a range of divisional activities and undertake other duties as required.
The role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines. It includes high-quality executive, administrative, and project support, management of office support services, record keeping, and application of administrative policies, procedures, and protocols.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Experience in a similar fast-paced administrative or advisory role, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing
priorities, work with a high level of attention to detail, and provide timely and effective strategic support.
