About the role

STREAMLINE HOMES PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our growing team in North Geelong, VIC. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality residential and building projects. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding craftsmanship and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards whilst maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Framing, fixing and various tasks

• Construct and assemble frameworks, structures, and components for residential projects

• Install and fit fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail

• Quality workmanship, reliability, and a strong work ethic

• Maintain a clean and organised work site, adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a carpenter on residential and/or commercial building projects

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and modern carpentry equipment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Sound knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices within the building trades

• Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment

• Current or willingness to obtain relevant site safety certifications (such as White Card)

• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to work
