We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to join our Finance team. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys staying organised, keeping things running smoothly and taking pride in accurate, high-quality work.

The Role

You’ll support the day-to-day inventory, purchasing and administration activities across the business. The role combines computer-based administration with hands-on tasks, so no two days are exactly the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment
• Receiving, checking, labelling and organising stock
• Relabelling products and maintaining accurate product information
• Completing QC forms and maintaining quality documentation
• Preparing purchase orders and processing deliveries
• Entering invoices and assisting with accounts administration
• Maintaining inventory and accounting systems
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Supporting general administration and improving processes

About You

• 2–3 years’ experience in inventory, purchasing, administration or a similar role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable with both hands-on and computer-based tasks
• Confident using spreadsheets and business systems
• Clear and friendly communication skills
• Able to manage priorities and work independently
• Reliable, proactive and keen to learn
• Finance or invoicing experience is desirable
