An opportunity has become available for a Project Administrator join our growing Construction team.

We are looking for an individual with strong administration skills. You will ideally have a demonstrated background in landscape or construction projects, be that within an administrative or related role. You will need to be proactive, positive, be a team player and have strong communication skills. You will be supporting a number of team members across metropolitan projects and will therefore enjoy a varied, busy and dynamic working week.

This position is full time and will be based in our South Perth office, however we will also consider part time applicants.

• Provides efficient day to day administrative, project and financial support to the Construction Team.
• Issues and maintains purchases orders and subcontracts
• Processes supplier and subcontractor invoices as assigned
• Updates Variations through project process.
• Updates and manages claims for all Construction projects.
• Creates, distributes and files accurately monthly Construction Team invoices.
• Sets up projects and associated tasks when Tenders are awarded.
• Assists with project permits, renewals, licences and other applications as necessary.
• Assists with ad hoc SQE tasks as necessary

• Good knowledge of Excel (using formulas and creating spreadsheets) and Netsuite
• Previous office administration experience
• Aptitude for numbers and budgets
• Reliable, punctual, and exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to problem-solve
