About us

Southside Racing operates high-class horse racing and training facilities at both Tynong and Cranbourne, as well as three, 7-day-a-week hospitality and entertainment venues - the Cardinia Club, Club Officer and Silks Cranbourne. These are a vital part of our business and allow us to provide our members with a wide range of hospitality and entertainment options.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Hospitality All-Rounder to join our dynamic team at Cranbourne. This multifaceted role combines front-of-house excellence with essential behind-the-scenes administrative support. You will play a key part in daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth backend workflows. (Growth opportunity)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 hands on hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Barista/Bars/Table set up.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
