Disability Support Workers

With Participants located across the Perth metro area and a growing demand for our services, Carepro Disability Services is seeking confident, capable and experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

We're looking for professionals who bring strong disability sector experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in complex support environments. ✔ Epilepsy and seizure management

✔ Autism and non-verbal participants

✔ Behaviours of concern

✔ PEG feeding and dysphagia management

✔ Manual handling and transfers

✔ Complex personal care and high intensity supports

✔ Oxygen administration, respiratory monitoring and oxygen saturation (SpO₂) monitoring

✔ Minimum 12 months' experience in disability support

✔ Confidence supporting participants with complex needs

✔ Professionalism, reliability and initiative

✔ A genuine passion for delivering exceptional support

✔ Clear and confident English communication skills, with the ability to    understand participant needs and communicate effectively in a range of support environments

✔ Strong availability across days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and          active/non-active overnight shifts
