About The Role

As our Digital Marketing & Content Creator, you'll play a key role in growing our online presence, supporting our e-commerce operations, and creating engaging content that connects with our customers. This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining creativity with digital marketing and e-commerce.

Content Creation & SEO

• Write engaging, SEO-optimised copy for product listings, landing pages and website content.

• Conduct SEO analysis and implement strategies to improve search rankings and online visibility.

• Plan and create content for email marketing campaigns, including two monthly newsletters, blog articles and promotional campaigns.

• Design compelling marketing collateral, including flyers, banners, catalogues, merchandise, social media graphics and other promotional material.

Marketing & CRM

• Work closely with our Retail & Administration Manager to deliver promotional campaigns, product launches, comparison guides and seasonal marketing initiatives.

• Manage customer databases and audience segmentation using Klaviyo and Marketing PA.

• Develop and optimise customer journeys through CRM workflows and automated sales funnels.

• Monitor online and showroom sales, website activity and social media trends to identify opportunities for future marketing campaigns and content.

Website & Digital Operations

• Maintain and update our Shopify website, ensuring products, pricing and promotions are accurate and current.

• Manage online promotions, customer reviews, Q&A content, waitlists and assist with website troubleshooting.

• Monitor Google Merchant Centre to ensure product feeds and pricing remain accurate.

• Respond to website enquiries and provide support to customers when required.

Photography & Media

• Capture and edit high-quality product, lifestyle and workshop photography for use across digital and print marketing.

• Edit engaging video content for social media, YouTube, website promotions and advertising campaigns.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate, organised, and ready to take ownership of this vital digital role.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Previous E-Commerce experience (ideally with Shopify)

• Strong understanding of inventory systems (ideally with Cin7/DEAR)

• Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation (ideally with Klaviyo/Marketing PA)

• SEO and copywriting skills with a flair for content creation

• Proficiency in Canva, and basic photo/video editing tools

• A background in marketing and a strong eye for detail is a plus

• Familiarity with sales funnels, automation workflows and service ticketing systems

• Bonus points for customer service experience and a love for caravanning!
