An established organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month contract, commencing at the end of August 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruitment professional who enjoys keeping processes organised, supporting candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

About the role
You’ll provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across the recruitment and onboarding process, working closely with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating interviews, candidate communications and recruitment activities
• Managing recruitment administration from offer through to commencement
• Coordinating pre-employment checks and required documentation
• Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
• Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records
• Updating relevant HR and recruitment systems
• Liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
• Providing general administrative support to the wider People & Culture team

About you
You’re highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident managing multiple recruitment processes at different stages and communicating professionally with candidates and stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment processes
• Confidence working across HR/recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
• The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work autonomously
• A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get involved
