Contact Centre Agent – Norwest Medical Imaging

At Synergy Radiology, our people, patients and referrers are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a friendly and patient-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our team at Norwest Medical Imaging and help deliver a positive experience at every interaction.

Our Contact Centre team plays an important role in providing a seamless experience for patients and referring doctors across our practices.

The Role

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will support patients and referring doctors across phone and digital channels. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

We are offering full-time, part-time and casual contracts.

Shift Timing

• Monday–Friday: Business hours are 8:00 am–5:30 pm, with shifts rotated between staff.

• Saturday: 8:00 am–12:00 pm.

• Sunday: Occasional Sunday shifts may be offered after the training period.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and doctors.

• Book and reschedule patient appointments via phone and digital platforms.

• Respond to patient and referrer enquiries.

• Maintain accurate patient information and databases.

• Provide billing and appointment preparation information.

• Assist with image access and general administrative support.

• Provide a high standard of customer service across all interactions.
  

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has customer service or contact centre experience; high-volume experience is desirable.

• Has previous chat/digital customer service experience, preferred but not essential.

• Has a friendly, welcoming and positive attitude.

• Is confident learning and working across multiple systems and platforms.

• Has excellent communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.

• Works well collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Radiology administration experience is highly regarded.
