Senior Analyst /Assistant Manager - Restructuring (National)

Our Restructuring team assists clients to restore stability and maximise value through financial and operational challenges. Partnering with boards, management teams and financiers facing situations of financial distress, we quickly identify root causes, formulate turnaround strategies and implement value-maximising restructures. We advise companies across all industry sectors and business sizes, providing our people with exposure to a broad range of complex and rewarding engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on level and experience, opportunities within our Restructuring practice may involve:

• Assisting with the management of restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements.
• Applying industry and market knowledge to identify and address issues relevant to clients' businesses.
• Performing financial and commercial analysis to support key decisions and recommendations.
• Developing and utilising financial models and reporting tools.
• Supporting stakeholder management and client relationship development.
• Contributing to high-quality outcomes across a variety of complex engagements.

About You

We would love to hear from professionals who can demonstrate:

• Experience in restructuring, insolvency, turnaround, audit, transaction services, banking or a related advisory field.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality and tact.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• CA, CPA, CPI or similar professional qualifications (completed or in progress) will be highly regarded.
