canopy Early Education Karalee, a part of API Leisure and Lifestyle (Qld), is a well-established early learning centre recently joining the canopy group, conveniently located beside Karalee Shopping Centre. With over 30 years of experience as a trusted childcare provider, canopy Early Education is excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking for a flexible, supportive environment where you can grow? canopy Karalee is currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a permanent part-time role to support our increasing enrolments. Set teaching shifts will extend over five days each week and include five hours of programming weekly.

We are an active child safe organisation with a deep commitment to fostering a child-safe culture that is reflected in our practice, governance, team values and community partnerships.

About the Role:

To be successful in your application, you must have:

• Graduate Diploma or Bachelor of Early Education

• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

• I'm Alert Food Safety qualifications

• National Child Safety Training

• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR qualifications

• Experience implementing Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidlines (QKLG) and other learning frameworks

• Ability to create a rich, stimulating, and engaging environment for all children

• A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality care

• A passion for supporting children's holistic development through empathy, motivation, and inspiration

• Ability to work collaboratively with the canopy Karalee team, Centre Manager, Area Manager and canopy Executives

• Strong organisational skills to maintain a welcoming and engaging learning space
