Italian Bilingual School Principal

Co.As.It. is seeking an experienced, values-led Principal who can build on the School’s strong foundations while shaping its next chapter of growth and development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Recognised teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation
• Significant experience in educational leadership
• A demonstrated capacity to lead improvement in teaching and learning
• Strong people leadership and staff management capability
• Experience overseeing school operations, budgets and resources
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A sound understanding of school governance, compliance and risk management
• A strong commitment to child safety, student wellbeing and inclusive education
• Experience within an independent school environment, bilingual education, Italian language and culture, enrolment growth or CLIL methodology would be highly regarded
