About The Role 

Reporting to the Directors, you will provide strategic immigration advice to employer clients and manage sponsorship, labour agreements, nomination and visa applications. The role will suit a Registered Migration Agent with extensive experience supporting employers large and small. Key responsibilities will be:

• Provide strategic advice to employer clients of all shapes and sizes (from government agencies, ASX listed companies down to small businesses)

• Actively manage client matters by providing timely, complete and accurate advice when requested 

• Support corporate clients with compliance requirements

Qualifications and Requirements 

The successful candidate will have the following attributes :

• Must be a Registered Migration Agent expert in immigration law specifically in the Employer Sponsored framework.  

• Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients including CEO’s/MD’s, General Managers, People Managers, HR advisors, Recruitment personnel and individual migrants from a variety of backgrounds. 

• Excellent case management and organizational skills 

• Able to work positively with teammates  

• Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure

• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts 

• Experience with Migration Manager preferred
