Container Cafe Allrounder  

Eastcoast Beverages’ recently launched sister brand Bambinos is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic persons to join our team at on premise cafe. The role is primarily customer focused - either serving customers our range of hot and cold drinks, food or deserts and assisting in general cafe duties, including cleaning and organising stock orders.

Key requirements:

1. Competence and understanding in Barista operations, and food service. 

2. Excellent hygiene and safety standards

3. Be available to work Tuesday/Wednesday– Sunday.

4. Flexibility to perform different tasks and ability to multitask 

5. Management of day to day operations of the cafe including but not limited to processes and procedures, managing stock and deliveries, staffing, menu planning,  maintaining inventory, monitoring daily expenses and revenue, improving profit margins, monitoring budgets and working with suppliers and vendors 

6. Organise and manage maintenance and repairs with onsite maintenance manager 

7. Work with the team to manage events coming through the cafe  

8. Must be across regulations in the food health and safety area, and manage any new requirements as they come through. 

9. Ensure all cafe areas and cafe grounds are clean and tidy

10. Ability to work independently when required 

11. A willingness to learn from others

12. Experience in cafe management particularly around developing processes and procedures, stock management, ordering, square systems etc 

13. Excellent customer service
