Commercial Property Lawyer - Gold Coast

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Property Lawyer to join the growing Gold Coast team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in all aspects of commercial law (including retail and commercial leasing, business purchase and sales, franchising, buy/sell agreements, shareholder & partnership agreements, loan agreements, licence agreements, business structuring and more).
• Assist in handling property matters (mainly QLD & NSW), including residential and commercial conveyancing, off the plan matters, and inter-family transfers (from time to time).
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft correspondence.
• Attend client meetings, take instructions, and provide legal advice.
• Liaise with clients to keep them informed of the progress of their case.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Skills and experience:

• Admission as a lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Law.
• A client focused approach with the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and referrers.
• Excellent drafting skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work and service.
• Ability to manage multiple files, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work between all our offices.
• Willingness to build relationships with referrers and your personal profile.
• Experience in LEAP software is beneficial, but not a requirement.
