Jager Coatings are an expanding business in Pakenham, Victoria, we are now hiring. The right individual will need a solid work ethic and enjoy growing with us as a business. We pride ourselves in running a well organized, consistently maintained workshop as a team. We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled powder coater to operate our main coating booth. We use the latest Gema Pro machines, all essential PPE will be provided.

At Jager we coat a lot of different items from trays and canopies, alloy wheels, Harley parts, gates and ballustrades. You name it, we do it at a high level. Knowledge of the industry and someone who is proud of there work is essential.

Essential:

• Ability to start immediately 

• Hand tools knowledge and experience.

• Ability to operate un supervised

• Ability to achieve deadlines.

• Powder coating industry experience  

• Driven to achieve and produce quality work.

• Drivers license and reliable transport.

• Forklift license preferred but not essential.

About you:

• Ability to self motivate, achieve deadlines, flexible with a solid work ethic.

• Must be Physically fit and able to lift 25kg

• Time management skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as alone.
