Who We`re Looking For.

We're careful about who joins our team.

Not because we're looking for perfection.

Because we've worked hard to build a team and culture we're proud of, and we intend to keep it that way.

We're looking for someone who:

·         Holds a Full Air Conditioning License (RAC).

·         Enjoys diagnosing faults and solving problems.

·         Can run their own jobs on site and train an apprentice when assigned.

·         Takes pride in their workmanship.

·         Treats customers and their homes with respect.

·         Is reliable and accountable.

·         Works well independently but enjoys being part of a team.

·         Must be a permanent Australian resident.

You might have five years' experience, or you might have twenty.

You don't need to know everything.
