About the Role

As an NDIS Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across the lifespan

• Complete functional capacity assessments and reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to participant goals

• Assess and recommend assistive technology and home modifications

• Support participants with daily living skills, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and community participation

• Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, schools, and other allied health professionals

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting

• Manage your own caseload with autonomy and flexibility

About You

You will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Current AHPRA registration

• Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills

• A passion for empowering people living with disability

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)

• Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)

• Current unrestricted driver's licence

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within the NDIS

• Experience with paediatrics and/or adults with psychosocial, intellectual, physical, or developmental disabilities

• Functional Capacity Assessments

• Assistive Technology Assessments

• Home Modifications

• Sensory and behavioural support strategies
