About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and a positive team culture. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead by example, supervise daily service, mentor team members, and help deliver memorable dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, in-room dining and conference & events operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, motivate and support Food & Beverage Attendants and Team Leaders during service.
Conduct pre-service briefings and allocate sections and duties to the team.
Ensure outlets are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain excellent knowledge of food menus, wine lists and beverage offerings.
Drive sales through upselling techniques and encouraging the team to maximise guest experiences.
Assist with staff training, onboarding, coaching and ongoing development.
Support rostering, labour management and daily operational planning.
Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), food safety, workplace health and safety, and Accor brand standards.
Assist with conference and event operations, including function setup and service delivery.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or Team Leader role within a hotel, restaurant or hospitality venue.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in bar operations, cocktails and wine service is highly regarded.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
Experience using POS systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and hospitality systems) is advantageous.
Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Full Australian working rights.
