We're looking for experienced Licensed Electricians to join our Building Services team across Sydney.

If you're over moving from project to project and want stable, ongoing work at a dedicated site, this is an opportunity to build your career while developing your technical skills.

You'll work across commercial facilities carrying out preventative maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding, repairs and upgrades. The work is varied and hands-on, covering everything from switchboards and motor controls through to HVAC controls, sensors and building services systems.

No six-month cable-pulling projects. No constantly changing sites. Just consistent work where your electrical skills make a difference.

• Fault-find, service and repair commercial electrical and building services systems

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance

• Attend breakdowns and diagnose electrical faults to minimise downtime

• Maintain and upgrade switchboards

• Work on HVAC controls and associated electrical systems

• Fault-find motor controls, sensors and control wiring

• Carry out electrical testing and compliance work

• Complete digital service reports and maintenance documentation

• Work closely with HVAC technicians and facility managers

• Deliver work safely, professionally and to a high standard

• Current NSW Electrical Licence

• Current driver's licence

• Commercial maintenance, facilities maintenance or building services experience

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full Australian working rights

• EWP Licence

• Confined Space

• HVAC electrical experience

• BMS experience – Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider or similar

• VSD and motor control experience
