Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation & AI Strategy (North Sydney)

Role Purpose

 

Own CCEP Australia's enterprise AI strategy, advise executive leaders, build the transformation portfolio, shape investment decisions, and create measurable business value from one of the most significant business transformations in the organisation.

 

We're looking for a strategy and transformation leader who can help shape our future. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, technology and value creation, helping executive leaders identify where AI can create competitive advantage, unlock productivity and accelerate growth.

 

Rather than leading technology deployment, you'll advise senior stakeholders on enterprise priorities, shape investment decisions, build a portfolio of high-value initiatives and drive organisation-wide adoption and value realisation.

 

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our head office in North Sydney. 

 

Your scope will include: 

 

Set the AI Agenda

 

• Define and drive CCEP Australia's AI strategy and roadmap.
• Shape how AI supports our Long Range Plan and transformation priorities.
• Identify emerging opportunities and turn them into scalable business outcomes.

 

Partner with Executive Leaders

 

• Advise senior leaders on emerging AI opportunities and strategic implications.
• Translate external innovation and market trends into practical business decisions.
• Shape enterprise investment priorities and transformation roadmaps.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Australia, APS and Global CCEP.

 

Deliver Commercial Impact

 

• Establish and lead CCEP Australia's enterprise AI portfolio, identifying, prioritising and mobilising initiatives based on strategic fit, value creation potential, scalability and risk.
• Own business case development, investment recommendations and benefits realisation, ensuring measurable outcomes are delivered across productivity, growth and commercial performance.

 

Drive Enterprise Adoption

 

• Redesign and simplify business processes, decision-making routines and ways of working through AI-enabled solutions.
• Build AI literacy, capability and confidence at every level.
• Lead change that sticks, creating lasting behavioural and cultural shifts.

 

Establish Australia as an AI Innovation Hub

 

• Pilot, test and scale innovative AI solutions.
• Create repeatable frameworks for experimentation and growth.
• Help position Australia as an incubator market for AI innovation across CCEP globally.

 

Lead Governance & Partnerships

 

• Ensure AI is deployed responsibly, ethically and securely.
• Build strong partnerships across Microsoft, technology providers, consultants and academia.
• Align business, technology and global stakeholders around a shared vision

 

 

About You

 

You're a commercially minded transformation leader who understands that successful AI programmes are powered by people, adoption and business value.

 

Candidates from leading consulting firms who have developed experience in digital, AI, transformation, operating model, analytics or technology-enabled strategy are strongly encouraged to apply. You may have gained experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, digital transformation consulting, enterprise transformation, transformation offices or strategy functions, commercial strategy and innovation teams.

 

You'll bring:

 

• Experience leading enterprise transformation, digital, analytics or AI initiatives.
• Experience developing executive-level strategic recommendations, business cases and investment proposals.
• Success identifying, prioritising and scaling high-value transformation opportunities.
• Strong governance, investment, benefits realisation and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive change without formal authority.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, advanced analytics or technology-enabled transformation.
• Qualifications in Change Management, Agile, Lean or Six Sigma desirable.
