HOME789 is a Sydney-based project marketing agency working with some of the city's largest residential developers. We take off-the-plan apartment projects from first render to sold out — positioning, branding, marketing and sales — across local and international markets. Our marketing team is fast-moving and multilingual, and interns here work on live campaigns from week one.
About the roleWe're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to work alongside our marketing team on live project campaigns. You'll be hands-on with real campaigns, real events and real deadlines, with proper guidance along the way.
Events: Help run our agent days, project launches and display suite openings — from sending invites and tracking RSVPs through to setting up on the day and following up afterwards.
Campaigns & content: Help put together email campaigns, social posts and project materials — social tiles, flyers, event assets. You'll be creating things that actually go out, not mock-ups.
Project support: Keep project information and listings up to date, and do some light research on what other new apartment projects around Sydney are doing.
What we're looking forStudying or recently finished a degree in marketing, communications, media, business or propertyGood written English and a careful eye — you'd catch a typo before it went outComfortable in CanvaOrganised and reliable, and happy to ask questions when you're unsureMandarin, Cantonese or Korean is a bonus given our buyers, but not neededFull working rights in Australia
What you'll learnYou'll get hands-on with the tools a property marketing team actually runs on — email campaigns, design, project management, and the real estate listing platforms. Most of our past interns leave with a portfolio of live campaign work.
