About the role
Ritchies Supa IGA is a leader in the Independent Supermarket and Liquor industry. We are passionate about our customers, and are passionate about the communities that we work within.
Our Fresh Produce Managers work through a diverse range of responsibilities that include assisting customers, ordering and replenishing displays, product preparation, rostering, team training and development, KPI adherence and business development, all while maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
You should have:
Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise.
Experience in managing a team.
A sound knowledge of Fresh Produce.
Retail passion and experience.
An enthusiastic customer focused approach.
Some weekend work may be required.
A food handling certificate and a have a good knowledge of HACCP and OH & S procedures.
