Real Estate Trust Accounts Specialist

REAL ESTATE - TRUST ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST

Location: We have office at Macquarie Park and Oatley.

Think Cloud Solutions is looking for someone who has worked in the Real Estate Industry and can provide support and assistance to our Trust Account team.

About You

Honest, reliable and a supportive person, willing to understand all facets of each Trust Accounting role within the Business.

The Role 

We are expanding our team of Trust Accountants who work exclusively in the Real Estate Industry. 

This position is full time - Monday to Friday. 9.00am to 5.00pm (AEST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily trust accounting services: daily receipting through to bank reconciliations

• Sales settlements and disbursements

• Invoice entry

• Liaise with clients and problem solving

• Client email and telephone attendance

• Client reporting

• End of month and closing of monthly periods

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management

Required

• Must have Trust Accounting experience in various software packages, such as, Property Tree and/or PropertyMe, Agentbox and VaultRe etc.

• Exceptional computer skills.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

• High level of attention to detail & accuracy.

• Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.

• Proven ability to work with confidential/sensitive information.

• Work independently and in a team environment.
