Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in enterprise-scale digital programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/AEMaaCS) or equivalent enterprise Web Content Management (WCM) platforms, enabling them to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables for development and governance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  
• AEM/WCM Expertise
  
• Act as the functional SME for AEM/AEMaaCS (or equivalent WCM platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, etc.).
  
• Document and validate requirements for AEM components, templates, workflows, content fragments, and integrations.
  
• Support governance initiatives including multi-brand setups, author enablement, and compliance-driven workflows.
  
• Integration & Technical Liaison 
  
• Partner with architects and developers to ensure requirements align with enterprise integration patterns (e.g., CRM, DAM, Analytics, Identity, Payment Gateways).
  
• Support API/microservices documentation, data mapping, and validation.
  
• Governance & Documentation
  
• Produce audit-ready documentation: BRDs, FRDs, traceability matrices, impact assessments, and Confluence-ready governance pages.
  
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, scalability, and performance standards.
  
• Testing & Validation
  
• Support QA/UAT teams with test case design, requirement traceability, and defect triage.
  
• Validate AEM/WCM features against business scenarios and governance rules.
  

Requirements

• Must-Have: Prior experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/AEMaaCS) or enterprise WCM platforms.
  
• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital platforms, eCommerce, or enterprise CMS environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  
• Experience in functional documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps.
  
• Familiarity with integration workflows (CRM, DAM, Analytics, Identity, Payments).
  
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, or other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  
• Experience with multi-brand governance, compliance-driven environments, and author enablement.
  
• Excellent communication skills to work across business, technical, and governance teams
