We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with both internal stakeholders and external clients, delivering impactful reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights that support operational and strategic outcomes across CoAct, Altivio and our clients.
You will develop reporting solutions, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and help ensure data quality, integrity and accessibility while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

You are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into actionable insights. You are equally comfortable working independently and engaging with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and communicate findings in a meaningful way.

Working Arrangements
The successful candidate will be required to have a suitable home office environment, including:
This position will commence under a hybrid working arrangement, with regular attendance required at our Stones Corner office throughout the probation period. This will support onboarding, knowledge transfer, stakeholder engagement and integration with the broader team.
Following successful completion of probation, the role will transition to a fully remote working arrangement, subject to ongoing performance requirements and maintenance of appropriate home office and connectivity standards.
