About the role
YOUR IMPACT
Diabetes Victoria is seeking an organised and proactive Events Coordinator to coordinate and deliver events that raise awareness of diabetes and connect people with valuable information and support.
This varied role coordinates community programs and events across metropolitan, regional and rural Victoria. You will manage event planning, administration, logistics, stakeholder relationships, technology and evaluation to support effective and accessible event delivery.
Reporting to the Marketing and Events Lead, you will join the Marketing, Communications and Development team and work collaboratively with stakeholders across Diabetes Victoria.

ABOUT YOU
You are a capable and collaborative events professional who can manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. You are comfortable coordinating both face-to-face and digital events and enjoy finding practical solutions when plans or technology change.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a current Victorian Police Check and Working with Children Check, hold a valid driver’s licence, and be able to travel throughout Victoria, with the occasional overnight stay.
