DC Team Manager - AM Shift / PM Shift (2 Positions)

We’re excited to be hiring two DC Team Managers to join our high-performing Brendale Distribution Centre. One will lead the AM shift (5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), and the other will lead the PM shift (1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.), Monday to Friday.

Reporting directly to the DC Operations Manager for the respective shift (AM or PM), you’ll take charge of operations within our fast‑paced Distribution Centre. This is your chance to lead a high‑performing team, ensuring service delivery is efficient, accurate, and always on time. You’ll be at the heart of planning and managing labour, setting the standard for clear communication, and championing a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Meeting service delivery-based performance targets for the area in which you are responsible to.Creating and executing the daily/weekly plan for your team and communicating task priorities clearly to team members to ensure targets are met.Championing Operations Excellence and Continuous Improvement.Providing hands-on leadership to front-line team members, building trust and motivation.Demonstrating and driving safety leadership through but not limited to daily start up meetings, safety shares, team warm up/stretches, pre-start checks, reinforcing safe behaviours and addressing as required.

About You

We’re looking for passionate, hands-on and experienced people leaders to join our team, lead the way in a fast‑paced environment, and prioritise the safety of our people. You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team motivation and engagement, as well as proven experience in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing actionable measures.

In Addition, You Bring

Demonstrated experience in warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics operations, with experience leading team members.Experience with any of the following: inbound, outbound, replenishment or picking operationsProven ability to coordinate team tasks and deliver daily operational targets in fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environmentsDemonstrated operational decision‑making abilityUnderstanding of labour models and associated costsFamiliarity with WMS and RF devicesProven experience leading safety in an operational environment
