About Us
Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a well-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that has been supporting the Broome community for over 40 years. Headquartered in Broome, Western Australia, BRAMS provides holistic, culturally safe primary healthcare, aged care, and community programs to Aboriginal people throughout the Kimberley region.
With a strong focus on person-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care, BRAMS delivers services designed around the needs of Aboriginal individuals and families. Our multidisciplinary teams work collaboratively to improve health outcomes and promote wellbeing across the lifespan.

About the Role
BRAMS is recruiting multiple full-time Social Workers based in Broome, WA, across both aged care and disability (NDIS) programs. Based on your experience, interests, and strengths, you will be supported to work within the team where you can make the greatest impact – whether that’s supporting older people through life transitions or working alongside individuals with disability to build independence and community connection.
In both streams, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering holistic, person-centred care that supports individuals, families, and community across all stages of life. Success in these roles comes from building trust, listening deeply, and empowering people to make their own choices in a way that respects their culture, values, and lived experience.
