About the role

This is a varied, practical role responsible for ensuring our products are picked, prepared, quality checked, packed and dispatched safely and on time to customers across Australia and internationally. You'll work closely with our warehouse and operations team to keep goods moving efficiently and ensure every order leaves ATA correctly and to our quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders, stock transfers and freight shipments.
• Load customer collections and domestic and international freight.
• Take photos of outgoing orders using the company-supplied device.
• Receive and safely unload incoming goods.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Assemble and paint products as required.
• Check products and orders for accuracy and quality before dispatch.
• Complete dispatch paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with stocktakes and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Monitor dispatch consumables and request replenishment when required.

About you

• Has experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing or freight.
• Holds a current forklift licence.
• Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work.
• Has good attention to detail and understands the importance of getting orders right.
• Is safety conscious and follows procedures.
• Is comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment.
• Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team.
• Has good communication skills and a positive attitude.
