Office & Showroom Manager — Upholstery & Interiors

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Osborne Park, WA | Immediate Start

We’re a busy, well-established upholstery shop in Osborne Park looking for an enthusiastic and organised full-time Administration / Customer Service team member to join us.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in everything from customer service and quoting to keeping our showroom looking its best and helping manage the day-to-day administration of the business.

About the role

You’ll be working closely with our team and customers, with responsibilities including:

• Providing friendly, professional customer service in-store, over the phone and via email
• Managing customer enquiries, bookings and our database
• Preparing quotes for upholstery and custom furniture projects
• Following up quotes and customer enquiries
• Assisting with job administration and keeping projects organised
• Styling, maintaining and keeping the showroom looking fresh and inviting
• Assisting customers with fabrics, furniture and interior-related choices
• General office administration and supporting the day-to-day running of the business

We’re looking for someone who is organised, personable, proactive and adaptable — someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in their work and is happy to jump between different tasks throughout the day.

About you

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A friendly, confident and professional manner
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good computer and database skills
• The ability to multitask and stay calm when things get busy
• A willingness to learn about upholstery, fabrics and custom furniture
• An interest in interiors, fabrics, furniture and design — this would be a big plus
• A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, interiors, furniture or a similar role would be advantageous, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

The opportunity

This role is intended to grow into an Office / Showroom Manager position for the right person. We’re looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of the business, take ownership of their role and grow with us.

The position is Monday to Friday, full-time, with some Saturday work occasionally required.
