Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee remedial and access projects across a diverse portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a strong understanding of building and/or industrial maintenance pathology, and is confident managing both traditional and alternative access methods – including rope access, swing stages, scaffolding, and EWPs.

As a key leader within our delivery team, you will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the high level of quality our clients expect.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the remedial, structural repair, or building maintenance.
• Strong understanding of access methods (rope access/IRATA, EWPs, scaffolding, swing stages).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, scopes of work, and technical reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multidisciplinary and subcontractor teams.
• High level of organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• WHS qualification (minimum White Card; additional safety training highly regarded).
• Driver’s licence required.

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of remedial projects, from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and access personnel to maintain efficient workflows.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Oversee WHS management, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit controls.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, strata managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain transparent communication.
• Assist with managing project budgets, procurement, and cost tracking.
• Resolve site issues promptly and professionally to keep projects on schedule.
• Drive quality assurance processes and ensure all works meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
