Elite Body Contouring is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Brookvale clinic on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

With 19 clinics across NSW, ACT, SA and QLD, we’re looking for a confident people leader who loves building great teams, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving results.

The Role

You’ll lead the day-to-day performance of the clinic, including:

• Leading, coaching and motivating your team

• Driving clinic performance and achieving targets

• Creating an exceptional client experience

• Managing team performance, rostering and clinic operations

• Conducting consultations and creating personalised treatment plans

• Building strong, long-term client relationships

• Maintaining outstanding clinic standards

About You

You’re a confident, positive leader who sets high standards and knows how to bring out the best in people.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous clinic, salon, beauty, aesthetics, wellness or retail management experience

• Proven experience leading and developing a team

• Strong sales and commercial awareness

• Exceptional communication and client service skills

• A genuine interest in skin, beauty and aesthetics

Beauty qualifications are highly regarded but not essential for an exceptional manager.
