Business Support – Full Time

Location: Eagle Farm, Brisbane

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to support our pre and post sales activities. Responsibilities include collating and processing customer data with the support of AI agents built for this purpose. It is a hands-on role which combines data administration, processing, analysis, reporting and general support for our Business Development Managers. Training will be provided (in Brisbane & Perth) on our internal systems and processes; however, applicants must be confident working with data, Excel spreadsheets and different software platforms.

About the role

This position combines data administration, reporting and business development support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering, updating and validating consignment and customer data

• Customer onboarding and training

• Preparing data for new-business analysis

• Using Excel, business software and AI-assisted tools to process and analyse information

• Reviewing system-generated outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies and unusual results

• Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records in our CRM

• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports

• Providing reporting, administrative and analytical support to our Business Development Managers

• Assisting with continuous improvements to data quality, reporting and internal processes

About you

To succeed in this position, you will have:

• Exceptional computer literacy

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach

• Confidence working with data

• The ability to identify errors and question results that do not look correct

• An understanding that AI-generated information must always be reviewed and validated

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• A helpful, proactive and team-focused attitude
