Merrylands Christian Preschools Association Incorporated provides quality early childhood education in the local community. We operate two small, pre-school services caring for 3-5 year old's during school terms.

We are looking for Educators to join our dedicated team, where the successful candidates will be required to:

• Work collaboratively to implement high quality care and individual educational programs for children in your care.

• Be willing and able to establish working relationships with children and families from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.

• Have a working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and understanding of the National Quality Framework Agenda.

• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, and observation skills including adequate computer literacy.

• Be willing to adapt to change as we constantly seek “to provide best practice” in our organisation.

• Uphold the Christian ethos of the organisation.

If you can demonstrate experience/work history as a Cert lll or as a Diploma trained educator and can commit between 7 and up to 37.5 hours per week this may be the job for you.

We are also looking for people for a casual pool to cover staff absences as they arise.

It is a legal condition of any employment that you must

• Be able to provide Working with Children check and Child Safe training details

• Be eligible to work in Australia
