Role: Youth Worker (Life Without Barriers Education)
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: University of Tasmania, Launceston Campus
School Enrolment 2027: 60
School Staffing: School Principal, Senior Administration Officer, 4 Teachers, 4 Youth Workers
Commencement Date: November 2026 and January 2027
Salary: Life Without Barriers Education Enterprise Agreement 2026 | Fair Work Commission
As the Youth Worker you will work alongside our teaching staff to support the wellbeing, engagement and learning for young people in a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed environment.

Note: The proposed Life Without Barriers Education school in Tasmania (campuses in Hobart and Launceston) is currently pending registration with the Office of the Education Registrar (Tasmania). Any appointment arising from this recruitment process is conditional upon the granting of required regulatory approvals.
