About the Role
Tenure: Permanent / full-time
The Strategy, Performance and International Engagement Group shapes and aligns strategy, policy, planning, evaluation and communication across the Department of Energy and Economic Diversification to ensure effective delivery, resource utility and a continued focus on Government’s priorities. The Group also leads the Government’s investment, trade and international engagement agenda.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the ongoing delivery, governance and user adoption of the Department’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system – Dynamics 365, ensuring that the system continues to be robust and fit for purpose to capture engagement with the Departments stakeholders to provide strategic insights to support data driven decision making.
As the CRM Project Officer, you will provide high-quality executive and secretariat support to the CRM Project Board and associated working groups, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, recording minutes, maintaining governance documentation and supporting the management of project risks, issues and system enhancement requests.
As the primary point of contact for CRM users, you will also drive and support user adoption through the delivery of onboarding and training and work collaboratively with business areas across the Department to enhance user capability, identify opportunities for system improvement and support a culture of data integrity and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Manager CRM Implementation, your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the Department, communicate clearly and manage competing priorities will be essential to your success and play an important role in supporting the ongoing management and enhancement of the Department’s CRM.
